Large Size Meals:
These meals satisfy moderate to heavy eaters and are prefered by clients who do not wish to limit their caloric intake. They are 1 1/2 the size of our regular meals.
Regular Size Meals:
These meals satisfy light to moderate eaters and are prefered by clients who wish to limit their caloric intake.
Nutritional Information + Calories:
We are currently able to provide nutritional information for most of our Breakfast meals. Lunch, Dinner and Snack nutrition facts will be available soon! Meals should be easily trackable with a service similar to MyFitnessPal.
We always use grass-fed, locally raised, antibiotic and hormone free beef, free-range, locally raised chicken (hormone and antibiotic free by federal regulation), wild caught fish, and turkey and pork that is sustainably raised and free of antibiotics and hormones. We buy dirty-dozen produce organically, and only use olive, sesame and avocado oil (whole30 and Paleo approved) in our kitchen. We support Paleo, Whole30, Gluten-free, Grain-free, Dairy-free, Nut-free, Egg-free, Vegetarian, Vegan, AIP and many other diets! Learn more at the "Special Diets" tab.
